One cannot say enough about this hotel. On harborside drive and room with a magic view. Staff friendly and no noise issues even though next to the airport,

The view was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location to airport as well as city was great.
Parking situation was atrocious! Way too expensive to park at hotel and free shuttle to/from airport would not pick you up at airport lots!
Hotel was fantastic minus the expensive parking. The first room I was given had a clogged shower drain; which was an unpleasant nuisance. But the hotel staff immediately offered another room with a better view to compensate for the situation and even brought the new room keys to the door and offered to help move my luggage. ...read more

Would advice against staying there.
Bathroom sink had tooth paste in it. Toilet was dirty. On day 2, the room did not get made up until 6:00 pm. Television did not work properly. Parking fees were $32.00 a day. Staff was apologetic and helpful. But did not offer any compensation. ...read more

Nothing.
Shuttle bus from airport was prompt, staff friendly, couldn't hear planes taking off or landing, million dollar view of downtown, friendly staff, overall great experience!
